Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the total weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic orders (Netherlands): 1β3 business days
- European Union: 3β7 business days
- International: 7β14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure (such as weather or strikes) are outside our control.
Delivery and Transfer of Risk
All orders are shipped with a track & trace number.
We take full responsibility for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
Once the parcel has been confirmed as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery attempt will not be refunded for the original shipping costs.
If you wish to have your order reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
We will assist in tracing the shipment and, if necessary, issue a replacement or full refund once the investigation confirms the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
These charges are determined by your countryβs customs authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import charges.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, the customer will be refunded the product value only β shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal period, during which you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
Our 30-day policy extends this period to give you additional flexibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received β unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
